We have been busy in the kitchen finalising recipes and bookings for our third series of coking classes collaborating with Sattvia to bring to you a menu inspired by French Cuisine. We are researching cooking techniques and ingredient origins so we can tell you a little bit more on why this cuisine reigns as one of the most popular and has such a strong image of pure sophistication and indulgence.
Caramelized onion tarts, ratatouille (with our own little twist of course), vichyssoise (a soup with potatoes, leeks and other goodies) and French lentil salad (not particularly French, just popped it in there for the name of the little guys).
Our Sunday class is almost full and we have opened up a new class on Saturday morning due to an overwhelming amount of bookings.
