WHAT?                                                                                                                                  

The class is approximately 3 hours and will involve theory on nutrition and correct ingredient selection, cooking demonstration & participation, recipes for you to take home and an ingredients list on where you can buy the produce we cook with.

 

THE MENU
Ginger, carrot & superfoods juice (Jugo de jegibre y zanahoria)

Cashew Milk (Leche de nuez de la india)

Orange Bircher Muesli (Muesli ‘Bircher’ de naranja)

Guava and Vanilla Jam (Mermelada de guayaba y vainilla)

Poached Eggs with Spinach Pesto served on English muffins (Huevos pochadas y salsa de espinacas con muffins Ingleses)

Tea infusion of fennel and lemon (Té de hinojo y hoja de limón)

Sunday 16th March, 2014 from 11am-2pm & 4pm-7pm
