About Me

A design graduate who fell into the wonderful world of food and hospitality, working and sharing it for over 24 years in Australia, London, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, and Mexico.

Food has always been a big part of my life - it started the beginning of wonderful friendships, a way for me to show love, constantly learn, nurture others, and a way to connect with people around the world, no matter what language they speak.

Food is a language that is universal and travelling through food can always conjure up emotions, experiences, stories, and adventures – don’t you think?

It opens up many gateways to our history, heritage, and lessons we can learn from the past to understand the present and work towards a better future. We can also gain a better understanding of the environmental, social, and ethical implications of our food choices, and work towards creating a more sustainable and just food system for all.
